Service provided as-is
Sprang is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will be free from errors. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
Content is for reference only
All ads in the Sprang library are collected for reference and research purposes. Content is the intellectual property of the respective brand owners. Sprang does not claim ownership of any ad creative displayed on the platform.
Prohibited use
- You must not scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract content from Sprang without written permission
- You must not redistribute, resell, or sublicense downloaded assets
- You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose
Subscriptions and billing
Pro and annual plans are billed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are handled at our discretion — contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of a charge if you believe there has been an error.
Account suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms, engaging in abuse, or attempting to circumvent plan limits or access controls.
